Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tabacco Development Inc., doing business as MySideline ("MySideline," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit mysideline.ai, use the MySideline web application, or receive notifications from us (together, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and your role in a league (for example, league administrator, coach, or parent/guardian).
• League and scheduling information, such as league, division, and team names; venues and fields; field availability; blackout dates and preferred times; game schedules; and schedule change and swap requests.
• Information about youth players that a parent, guardian, coach, or league administrator chooses to provide so that a team can be scheduled and families can be notified, such as a player's name, team, and division or age group. See Children's information.
• SMS consent records, such as the mobile number you opted in with, the date, time, and method of your opt-in, and any opt-out or HELP requests.
• Communications, such as messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the dates and times of access.
• Log and diagnostic information, such as error reports and performance data used to keep the Service running reliably.

Information from others

A league administrator or coach may add your contact information (for example, your name, email address, or phone number) so that you can receive schedule information for your team. If you believe your information was added without your permission, contact us at support@mysideline.ai.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including building league schedules and processing schedule changes and game swaps;
• Send service notifications, such as game schedule changes, game reminders, and game swap requests, by email and, if you have opted in, by text message;
• Respond to questions and support requests;
• Monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
• Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

• Within your league. Schedule information, and the names and contact details needed to coordinate games, may be visible to league administrators and coaches in your league as needed to run the league.
• Service providers. We use vendors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, email delivery, SMS delivery, and error monitoring providers. They may access information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MySideline, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If Tabacco Development Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferred for marketing or promotional purposes.
• With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your permission.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to MySideline schedule alerts, we collect your name, mobile phone number, role, league name (if provided), and a record of your consent (the date and time, the page you opted in on, the version and text of the consent language you agreed to, and the IP address and browser information of the submission). SMS opt-in data is used only to send the notifications you requested: game schedule changes, game reminders, and game swap requests.

• Opting in to text messages is optional and is not a condition of using the Service.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@mysideline.ai.
• You must be 18 or older to opt in. We send text messages only to the adult (parent, guardian, coach, or league administrator) who opted in, and we do not send text messages to minors.

5. Children's information

The Service is designed for and used by adults: league administrators, coaches, and parents or guardians. Children do not create accounts, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not send SMS messages to minors. Accounts and SMS opt-in are intended for people 18 and older.

Youth sports scheduling necessarily involves youth players. Parents, guardians, coaches, and league administrators may provide limited information about youth players, such as a player's name, team, and division or age group, so that teams can be scheduled and families can be notified about games. When an adult provides information about a child, they confirm that they are the child's parent or legal guardian or are authorized by the league and the child's parent or guardian to provide it.

We use information about youth players only to provide the Service to their league and families. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not ask for more of it than scheduling requires. We ask that users do not enter sensitive information about children (such as medical information, Social Security numbers, or home addresses) into the Service.

A parent or guardian may ask to review, correct, or delete information about their child by contacting support@mysideline.ai. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your league administrator. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences, and to understand how the Service performs. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the Service may not work without them.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service to your league, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. League and schedule information is generally retained for the season it relates to and a reasonable period afterward so leagues can reference past seasons. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained as long as needed to honor your choices and demonstrate compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls that limit who can view league data, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away at support@mysideline.ai.

9. Your choices and rights

• Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@mysideline.ai. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as records of opt-out requests.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Opting out of texts does not affect your access to the Service.
• Email. Service emails about your league's schedule are part of the Service. If you no longer wish to receive them, contact your league administrator or us.
• State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the right to know what information we hold about you and to request its deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, contact support@mysideline.ai.

10. Third-party links

The Service may link to websites or services operated by others, such as a league's own website. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as through the Service or by email.
